Tickets are non-refundable [RAIN OR SHINE / INDOOR OR OUTDOOR] Wonder Gate LLC retains the right to change the event's venue/time without prior notice, and such a change does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund. Refunds will only be issued in the event of a cancellation, but if the event is rescheduled to a different date, ticket holders may choose to keep their ticket for the new date or receive a complete refund. Please note that we are unable to provide refunds for tickets that remain valid but are unused due to unforeseen circumstances preventing attendance. We recommend that ticket holders plan ahead and confirm their availability before purchasing tickets. We appreciate your cooperation. Any refund requests received within 24 hours before the event starting time will not be accommodated, and ticket holders will not be entitled to a refund.
